Kerry is very professional from the first email contact requesting service at our daughters wedding December 8, 2012.

We found the services offered on the website very helpful and selected the one suitable for our occasion. Also compared to other providers the company is very reasonable.

We didn't know where to start and Kerry was able to confirm exactly what was or wasn't required. She even sends reminders at the appropriate time to make sure all paper work is in order "Thank you".

There was a communication mishap in regard to our hot beverage supplies and Kerry with her staff stepped up to the plate immediately and got us out of a bad situation. The professional service continued throughout the entire event. Over and above the line of duty, we would recommend their service for any large function.

We hired Kerry (Vancouver Bar Pros) for our wedding in September, 2012, and I don’t think we could have asked for anything more!

She was very warm, and seemed to really care about what our exact needs were, and wanted to help make our day as special and least stressful as possible. From a multitude of different packages, she was able to create a unique one that fit us perfectly! Were able to choose from a variety of options, and she always made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted.

Aside from that, she was super responsive to all my emails, phone calls and texts. I never felt uneasy or didn’t know what to expect. She was even super flexible when I realized I had forgotten to add a coffee/tea service. She took it all in stride.

She was super professional every day leading up to the wedding, and was a serious superstar the day of. She takes care of all the ice, drinks, glasses, cleanup, and made sure that I always had a straw so I could stay hydrated while not ruining my makeup. It meant a lot to me that she was/is so thoughtful and really wanted everything to go well.

I would definitely recommend her services, and if I were to ever throw a party again, she’d be at the top of my list!

"We couldn’t have hired anyone better than Kerry for our wedding! She spent a lot of time with us before the wedding sorting out what we needed to purchase, was super friendly with all of our guests and worked really hard all night with a smile and very flexible about travel arrangements (we got married at a kid’s camp on Gambier Island) and staying overnight with us. She was wonderful and we’d hire her again in a heartbeat (assuming we ever work back up the energy to throw that big of a party!)

We worked out the details of our bar service together and she was very helpful in determining what would be best to serve, and in obtaining the necessary liquor permits for our rented hall. In the midst of planning a wedding, I always felt at ease when working with Kerry and organizing the bar service. At the wedding the bartenders were great! I used Vancouver Bar Pros for my October 2011 Wedding and they were fabulous! Kerry was always so available to answer my questions, that she became more like a friend to me. VBP were willing to step up and take responsibility for any of my needs or wants. Kerry kept me informed of costs, supply, drink ideas, and helped with so many last minute details that I had not even considered the logistics of, like ice, wine uncorking, table side service. I assigned a lot of responsibility to my bar tenders and they managed to deliver a really great time at an affordable price. Sorry for the long delay, we just got home from our honeymoon.

We had a wonderful time at our wedding. Both my husband and I were extremley happy with the bartending services. My mom was also very impressed with all of the help Kerry and her staff gave to them when setting up the reception. My mom also said how she spilt orange juice on her dress and Kerry were right there to help with the soda.
